Overview
Archer Aviation is building a Bay Area eVTOL network anchored at Kilroy Realty's Oyster Point campus in South San Francisco — a 50-acre waterfront development — under an agreement signed with Kilroy Realty. This hub will connect to planned Archer vertiport locations at Napa, San Jose, Oakland, and Livermore, where Archer has existing infrastructure and operations partnerships. Kilroy would become the first US developer to bring eVTOL operations to its tenants. No construction milestones confirmed as of May 2026; the network is in planning and partnership formation.
